Following his service in the military, he began working in the car industry for the majority of his career at Spitzer Buick and Ganley Chrysler Plymouth before becoming a croupier at the Mountaineer Casino. Frank loved to golf, but also had a passion and an ear for music and could easily learn to play any instrument he set out to enjoy. He had a heart of gold and it showed!
Sincere gratitude is extended to the doctors, nurses, staff and caregivers at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital for their outstanding care and compassion provided to him. Frank loved his family and life itself and was honored to help a lending hand to anyone in need. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made at One of a Kind Pet in Akron, Ohio or the National Cancer Society. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation for one hour prior at Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 6034 S. Locust St. in Peninsula, Ohio. A private interment will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio at a later date.
