Shirley Ann Fannin, 78, passed away on January 17, 2023. She was born on October 1, 1944 to James and Rosetta Williams in Fairview, Kentucky.

Shirley loved life and was always ready for a new adventure. A pistol packin Granny, four wheelin through the mountains of her home state of Kentucky, Blimp, Helicopter, airplane, train, hot air balloon trips, to riding shot gun in a Craig Cat zipping through the marshes of South Carolina. She loved golfing, bingo and music. Bluegrass, blues and gospel were her favorites but she would break into dance if it moved her. She loved raising Monarch butterflies in the summer and fed the birds and all the little critters lucky enough to find her back yard. Her greatest loves, however, were for her children and her grandchildren.
