Clark N. Smith, 79, passed away July 26, 2022, after an extended illness. Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Clark and Elizabeth (Coffman) Smith, he spent most of his adult life in the Akron/Canton area. Clark was a proud U. S Marine Veteran and he belonged to the Chapel of Prayer Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, country music, Christian hymns, working in the yard and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Frances Smith; son, Steve Smith. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Susan Smith, and grandchildren, Summer, Hunter and Dustyn Smith in W. Virginia.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will have a celebration of his life at a later date. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Clark's name to the Chapel of Prayer Baptist Church.
