Betty "Jean" Dobbins, 94, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2021 after a brief illness. A lifelong resident of Akron, she enjoyed cooking, crocheting, making ceramics, music, theater, and taking annual fishing trips to Canada with family.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Rollin; sons, Dale and Keith; and sisters, Irene, Arlene and Sandra. She is survived by sons, Greg (Emmy) of Akron and Philip (Cheryl) of New Mexico; grandchildren, Kyle, Kevin, Shannon and Brianna; great grandchildren, Aiden, Jaxson, Vince, William and Liam; and niece, Dawn (Dan).
Private graveside services will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park in Akron.
