Mindy Sue Elliott, age 42 of Akron passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, September 4, 2021. A lifelong resident of Akron, Mindy was born on July 12, 1979 to Earl and Debbie {Carr} Elliott, Jr.
Mindy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl (Shirley) Elliott, Sr. and Dick (Betty) Carr.
Mindy will by dearly missed by her children Lyndsey Miller, 21 (Cody), and Darrell Irons III, 15 (Rachel); her parents Earl and Debbie; sister Samantha Elliott (Matt); nephews Jace and Colin; boyfriend Brian Cheuvront; Lyndsey's father Dall Miller, Jr.; ex-husband and dear friend Darrell Irons II; her canine children Oliver and Paisley.
Mindy graduated from Ellet High School, class of 1998. She worked as an STNA full time while raising her two children, until she could no longer work due to a work injury.
