Glenn Troy Ware, age 80 of Akron, Ohio, died on September 11, 2021.
He was born in Blue Ridge, Georgia, on July 4, 1941, the son of the late Clyde and Ida Mae (nee Gray) Ware.
Glenn was an honorably discharged US Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam War.
He was retired from RCA Rubber as a sander. Glenn enjoyed eating and resting.
Survivors include his loving wife, the former Rosalie Conard, whom he married on September 7, 1968; his children, Thomas (Lori) Ware, Michael (Bonnie) Ware, Troy (Lisa) Ware and Stacy (Jason) Hollister; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Other than his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by two children, Richard Ware and Todd Ware.
There will not be any calling hours or services and all arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron.
