William E. Shaffer, 75, passed away June 9, 2021 at home with family by his side. Born in Ravenna, Ohio, he was a lifelong area resident. Bill retired from Goodyear Aerospace, where he worked as a Heat-treater. He greatly enjoyed working in his garage and demolition derby with his sons. Playing cards and games with his grandchildren was what he thought was the best of times.

Jr., Barry (Karen); 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brothers, Larry Ruggles, Richard Shaffer; nieces, nephews and friends.
