Julie Elaine Bird, 48, of Akron, passed away on February 26, 2021. She was born in Ravenna on March 12, 1972 and graduated from Southeast High School. Julie loved the outdoors and had many fond memories of family camping trips and watching the hummingbirds in her yard. She had a wide circle of friends whom she loved dearly. Above all, she loved being a wife and mom.
Julie was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Savage.
She will be dearly missed by her husband of 19 years, Joseph Bird; sons, Austin Savage and Joseph Bird Jr.; father, David Savage; stepchildren, Josh (Julie) Bird and Trista (Zach) Meade; brothers, David (Julie) Savage and Scott (Kristina) Savage; and step-grandson, Baker.
Per Julie's wishes, there will be no public services.
