Morgan B. Douglas left his Earthly tent and entered his eternal home on November 18th.

Morgan was born in Akron on March 21st, 1958 to Huel and Lucille (Wilson) Douglas, both of whom preceded him in death.

Morgan was a graduate of Tallmadge High School and a member of IBEW Local 306, having retired from W.W. Schaub Electric in North Canton. He was an active member of Mansfield Christian Camping Ministries where he held a position on the Board of Directors, and faithfully attended Arlington Memorial Baptist Church in Akron.

Morgan enjoyed long drives, visits to Lake Erie, exploring the outdoors, and most of all gatherings of family and friends. Morgan had the gift of encouragement and was effusive in his display of love. No one ever had to wonder what Morgan was thinking or how much he cared about you.

Morgan leaves to cherish his memory and continue his legacy his wife of 16 years, Joni; children Brett (Bethany) Douglas, Jessica (Jaime) Wahl, Rachel Clark, Britteny Douglas and fiance,Matthew Porter, and Scott Douglas and fiance, Abigail Lewis;grandchildren, Gabriel Douglas, Lauren Douglas, Leandra Clark, Olivia Wahl, Sophia Wahl, Adam Douglas, and Maggie Douglas; brothers Michael (Christine) Douglas, Henry (Pam) Douglas, Matthew Douglas, and brother in Spirit, Darrell (Lisa) Arms; Aunts, Joy Livesay and Juanita Parker, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members in the body of Christ. In addition to his parents, Morgan was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Douglas.

A private viewing will take place on Sunday, November 22. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at Morgan's and Joni's home, Hephzibah Beulah
