Edeltraud "Edie" Erdle, 73, passed away August 4, 2020. Born in Nurnberg, Germany to Martin and Josepha (Trossman) Gohl, she next resided in Erie, PA before coming to Akron, OH. Edie was a self employed hairdresser for more than 20 years. She enjoyed hiking, cooking, taking care of her grandsons and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Edie was preceded in death by her son, Bobby. She will be sadly missed by children, Diane Matovich, Mike Erdle; grandsons, Scott,(Catie) Matovich, Benjamin and Luke Erdle; grand-dogs, Smokey and Mia.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family burial of her ashes will take place at a later date at St. Gregory's Cemetery in North East, PA.
