Lisa Ann Hunter, age 52 of Akron, Ohio, died on November 28, 2019 at Akron City Hospital.

She was born on February 28, 1967 in Watertown, New York the daughter of Dale Hunter of New York and the late Yvonne (nee Buckley) Hunter.

Lisa enjoyed crafting, going to concerts, baking, reading, going to movies, and camping, however her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, survivors include, her companion, Henry "Hank" Dye; her children, Alisha Melton, Lindsay (Joshua Sheets) Fitzgerald, Dana (Kenneth Zabel) Dye, Chelsey (Zachery Lindhe) Dye; her step-children, Crystal, Cara, and Andrew Dye; her grandchildren, Logan, Noah, Elizabeth, Morgen, Bella, Grayson, Justin, and one on the way. Her siblings also survive, Lori Bova, Jeffrey Hunter, Nicole Davis, Lesley Hunter, and Ashley Hunter; as well as, her aunt and best friend, Patricia "Patty" Morgan; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who mourn Lisa's loss.

Other than her mother, Lisa was preceded in death by her nephew, Justin Sipos; and Nancy Mead.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, where family and friends may visit from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
