1963 - 2019

Charles L. "Chuck" Farlin, Sr., 55, passed away peacefully at his home May 19, 2019. Born in Akron, Ohio to Charles Hale Jay and Marie (Mosko) Farlin, he was a lifelong area resident. Chuck was a member of the Greater Akron Motorcycle Club and the F.O.P. He enjoyed riding his Harley, working on cars and spending time with family and friends.

One of Chuck's known sayings was "Bad MF, I don't know how you do it". #legend

He will be sadly missed by sons, Chuck (Crystal) Farlin Jr., Chris (Kristine) Farlin, Mike (Brooke) Knott; grandchildren, Lexi, Koby, Jaden, Kirsten, Kamryn, Michael, Jr., Landon; brother, John; sister, Sheri; significant other, Amanda Brooks; former wife, Deanne Lisowski; and many lifelong friends.

A Memorial Gathering will take place Friday, May 24, 2019 between the hours of 2 and 4 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio 44305. A Celebration of Chuck's Life will immediately follow at the Greater Akron Motorcycle Club (doors will open at 5 p.m.), 1540 Smith Rd., Akron, Ohio 44313. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Chuck's name to the charity of their choice.
