Walter "Wayne" Wagner, 57, of Massillon, passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on December 14, 2018. Wayne worked at Preferred Compounding for 27 years as a calendar operator.

Wayne was a soft spoken man with a gentle nature. He had many friends and was loved by all who knew him. He had a giving personality and was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles and muscle cars.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lena Wagner; his father-in-law, Larry Burns; brother-in-law, Troy Burns; and furry kids, Bud, Lilly, and Hugger.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 22 years, Paula Wagner; daughters, Jennifer (Zach) Lolich, and Amanda (Andrew) Seese; grandchildren, Abby, Jova, Audrina, Mary Jane, and Jake; best friend, Mike (Paula) Magno; many other friends and family; and his furry kids, Sam, Honey, and Mocha.

Friends and family are welcome to visit on Monday December 17, 2018 from 5pm until 7pm at Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A funeral service will take place at 7pm.
