Sandra L. McDonald, of Lakemore, passed away November 6, 2018. Sandra was born in Akron, Ohio on August 27, 1944 to the late James and Willie LeVan.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her loving husband John McDonald, and sister Barbara Edwardson.

She is survived by children, Casandra Lyn (David) Goodwin Shawver, Vanessa (Danny) Bailey and Dusty (Jamie) McDonald; brother, Harry "Butch" (Sally) LeVan; grandchildren, Ashley (Jason), Alyssa, Ty, Evan, Elaina, Elliott and Joe; great-granddaughter, Addie, and many nieces, nephews and adopted children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 5-8 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:30 am with Pastor Marv Hodges officiating. She will be laid to rest at East Liberty cemetery.
