On Saturday, October 28, 2018, our cherished Tami Smith, at a young 55 years of age, unexpectedly, went home to be with the Lord.

Born on February 10, 1963, she was a devoted wife, an adoring mother, a faithful daughter, sister, and friend. Anyone who knew Tami, loved her. She was known for her quick wit, her infectious smile, her contagious laugh, her kind, compassionate spirit, and her passion for babies (human and fur).

She was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Donald (nee Carroll) and her father, Richard Green.

Tami is survived by loving step-father, John Donald III; husband, Jon Smith; children, Rachel Smith and Ryan Smith; siblings, Debbie (Larry) Walz, Michael Green, James (Mia) Green, Kelly Donald, and John (Alicia) Donald IV.

Family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, with a celebration service to follow, at Temple Baptist Church, 1212 Greensburg Road, Uniontown, OH 44685.
