Richard A. Waskiewicz, 73, of Garrettsville, passed away September 12, 2018. Rick was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 17, 1945 to the late Stephen and Mary Waskiewicz. He was a graduate of Chamberlain High School in Twinsburg. Rick was a Vietnam Veteran, having proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was also a lifetime member of the American Legion and was devoted to his family.

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his brothers, Anthony and Francis Waskiewicz.

Rick will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 48 years, Janet Waskiewicz; children, Lynanne (Brian) Mullins, Mary Eisenmann and Richard Waskiewicz; siblings, Donna Cooley, Steven (Mary) Waskiewicz, Sherrie Hatfield, Terri (Mike) Yurczak; grandchildren, Ashley (Toby) Gerez, Ryan Mullins, Reagan and Riley Eisenmann; great-granddaughter, Jordyn Gerez, and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
