1922 - 2018

Naomi Lee McIntyre, 95, passed away peacefully at home on July 9, 2018. She was born September 28, 1922 and resided in the Akron area for most of her life. Naomi was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a faithful servant of Christ and member of the Tallmadge First Church of God. Naomi was devoted to her family, loved music, gardening, antique collecting and entertaining at her home. She worked for many years as a switch board operator and retired from First National Bank as chief operator.

Naomi was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack; children, Jack and Jean; and sisters, Nancy and Julia. She is survived by daughter, Jill (Daniel) Dauphars; grandchildren, Danielle Dauphars, Jack Dauphars and Dana Harnapp; son-in-law, Verl Harnapp; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Tallmadge First Church of God, 464 Northeast Ave., Tallmadge, OH, with calling hours from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron, OH to follow.
