Shirley Jeanne Hagenbaugh-Largent, age 84 of Akron, Ohio, died on July 7, 2018 at Akron City Hospital.

She was born on November 17, 1933 in Akron, the daughter of the late Harry Ray and Dorothy (nee Emery) Miller.

Shirley was a 1951 graduate of Akron East High School and was also a real estate agent in the Akron area. She liked gardening, golfing, traveling, snow skiing, playing cards (Euchre) and fishing, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Jack (Mary) Hagenbaugh, Daniel Hagenbaugh, David (Cris) Hagenbaugh, Linda (Dan) Schuler, and Mark (Debi) Hagenbaugh; her step-son, Bill Wise; her 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; and her two step-grandchildren and their children. Her brother, Richard (Eleanor) Miller, also survives.

Other than her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her second husband, Charles Wayne Largent, and her first husband, Paul Hagenbaugh; her longtime partner, Robert Wise; her step-son, David Wise; and her brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Lois Miller.

Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM, where Father Luigi Miola will celebrate Shirley's life.

Family and friends may visit from 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery, Brimfield, Ohio.
