George M. Lough, 74, went home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2018. He proudly served in the US Navy and retired after 20 years. George worked for the US Postal Service and retired in 2010. He was a kind, gentle man who loved his family. His hobbies were fishing, playing cards with friends and family, solving puzzles, and charity involvement as a member of the Mogadore Moose. He was a longtime member of The Hillwood Chapel.

George was preceded in death by his parents, Logan and Lucy Lough; siblings, Esther Varner, Mary Edgell, Joan Childers, Junior Lough, Dewey Lough, Imogene Webb and Janet Lough. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Debbie; children, Timothy J. (Kelly) Lough, Tamela "Tami" Lough; grandchildren, Eric, Tyler, Alex, Emma; siblings, Sue Frazier, Robert Lough, Ronnie Lough, Terry Lough; faithful companion, Buttons; and many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 11am - 12pm at The Hillwood Chapel, 4824 S. Arlington Rd., Uniontown, OH 44685. Funeral service at 12pm. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens, 4724 State Rd., Peninsula, OH 44264 to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to The Hillwood Chapel or Hattie Larlham Foundation.
