Bernadette Ann White passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, June 15, 2017. She was born October 27, 1963 to Bernard and Rose White. She was the loving sister of Alan White, Mary (Dave) Fletcher, John White, Kevin White, Karen (Mario) Mariola, Christina (Todd) Fleming, Michael (Anna) White, Shannon White, David White, Tim (Ryan) White, and Brian White. Bernadette was the loving aunt of Dan, Luke and Pete Fletcher, Katie White, Mike and Brittany White, Christina, Holly and Angelo Mariola, Nicholas and Dana Fleming, kara, Jesse, Allison and Billy White, Alexander White and Norah and Isla White. She was also the great-aunt of Kyleena and Daelynn White, and Benjamin Fleming. She treasured the close friends of all the above as well.

Bernadette was strong, courageous and funny! She was known to give quiet encouragement to others who experienced difficulties in their lives. She was kind to them!

She was a blessing!

She loved us all and we loved her!

We thank the CSS staff, managers, case workers, doctors and nurses. She had friends who assisted her in so many ways! God bless them all!

When you think of Bernadette, keep her memory alive by being kind to one another and to all that you meet.

Family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, OH 44305, on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be officiated by Fr. Thomas J. Acker, S.J. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 10:30am at St. Joseph Church, 2643 Waterloo Rd., Mogadore, OH 44260.
